How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept
a) For the time required to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected, or for the time required by the business relationship, including the time required, in accordance with the applicable regulations, to fulfil the relevant obligations that may arise from the same.
b) As long as their deletion is not requested by the data subject.
It will be blocked when the first of the two aforementioned events occurs. From that moment onwards, it shall remain at the exclusive disposal of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent Public Administrations, in particular the data protection authorities, for the attention of possible liabilities arising from the processing, during the period of limitation of the latter. Once the aforementioned period has expired, the data will be deleted.
